Undo or redo an action

1. Do one or more of the following:
   • To undo recent actions one at a time, click Undo .
   • To undo several actions at once, click the arrow next to Undo and select from the list. Microsoft Excel reverses the selected action and all actions above it.

   • To cancel an entry in a cell or the formula bar before you press ENTER, press ESC.

2. If you change your mind, click Redo or click the arrow next to Redo and select from the list.
